Job Description

Houston High School is accepting applications for a High School English Language Arts Instructor for the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must have or be able to obtain Missouri certification. 

Pay/Stipend/Benefits

Salary stipend is contingent on years of experience. Cuurently, the Houston R-1 School District offers a fully paid health insurance plan (with full-time teaching position) along with additional benefits.
